Gregory Carter, Chief Operating Officer

Gregory Carter has been with the Ogilvie Group for over 17 years and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of ARO Inc. in November 2014.  Gregory has worked as part of an experienced team to build ARO into the successful organization we are today.  In his new role with ARO, Gregory will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and business process activities, defining rules, policies and guidelines to ensure that the main company objectives follow the company strategy as well as establishing control mechanisms.

Gilles Fagnan, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fagnan is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in corporate finance. He has invaluable expertise of a dozen years in the Call Center industry and most recently as Executive Vice President and CFO of one of the largest independent outsourcing call centers in Canada and also gained experience as a General Manager of a National Call Center.

Gilles Fagnan holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), is a member of the Order of the chartered professional accountants profession of Quebec (CPA), (CGA), as well as a member of the Quebec Corporation of Chartered Administrators (C.Adm.).

Steve Koch, Senior Vice President, Information Technology

Steve Koch joined Ogilvie Group in July 2010 as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. Steve has over 25 years experience in the Information Technology field including 15 years specifically in the Call Centre and Collection industry. His experience includes prior positions as Vice President of Technology for a leading Canadian Collections firm and Software Development roles of increasing responsibility. His skills include managing software development projects, project management, client relationship building. Steve is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and therefore brings specialized knowledge of Information Security best practices to the position.
