Established in 1994 by its founder, Michael Ogilvie, ARO has grown into a national organization. With offices located in Montreal (corporate headquarters)- Quebec, Kelowna- British Columbia and, Markham and Burlington- Ontario we provide our clients with local, regional and national consumer and commercial collection programs.
We are licensed in all Canadian provinces and territories and in the United States of America.
Our client base at ARO is represented by various key credit grantors from a wide variety of private and public sector industry segments including financial, telecommunications, utilities, universities, government services, retail and commercial.
We operate our collection programs in compliance with all government and regulatory requirements across Canada and the USA.
