The following statement of principles and guidelines (ARO’s Code) concerning the protection of personal information of including but not limited to, clients and clients’ customer information, individual service providers and other individuals (“you”) whose personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to all ARO employees who have custody, control or access to general and personal information and by virtue of their relationship with ARO all contracted service providers.

ARO considers all non-public information in its possession and control over to be confidential.

BY SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ARO OR ITS AGENTS, YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY COLLECT, USE AND DISCLOSE SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, THE PRIVACY PREFERENCES YOU HAVE MADE KNOWN TO US AND AS PERMITTED OR REQUIRED BY LAW.

Subject to legal and contractual requirements, you may refuse or withdraw your consent to certain of the identified purposes at any time by contacting us. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you or continue to provide you with certain services or information that may be of value to you.

Receive an SMS from ARO asking you to make a payment.

In some cases, ARO will send you a SMS to remind you that a payment is due on your account. Embedded in the message will be a one-time use link that you can follow to submit your payment. ARO will only send a SMS from the number ‘27022’ or ‘270282’. Outlined in the SMS reminder are all your options for submitting your payment.
