A new approach to client contracts from the Canadian government

December 19, 2022by Mark Ball

While reading Harvard Business Review, we noticed something interesting in an article about new approaches to contracts with clients. In the story, they cited the Canadian government as one entity that uses formal relational contracts. This centers less on terms and more on the structures and goals in a business relationship, including outcome expectations and a spelling-out of mutual interests. It sounds intriguing in its extra attention to detail.
