Although it may seem counterintuitive to some, it’s clear that customers want self-service options and that can translate to great customer service. CMS Wire suggests that you build up your self-service options online, making sure they’re comprehensive and tied to the customer data you have on file. Remember, though, to have a clear and quick way for your customers to reach out to a representative if that is needed.
