Different debt loads for different provinces

Depending on where you do business in Canada, there could be some different debt loads your customers are trying to handle. That’s according to a study by Equifax Canada, which shows that Alberta has the highest average debt load per person, at about $25K. Next on the chart is Newfoundland, followed by Saskatchewan. The lowest ranking was by British Columbia, with about $21K, and it was also the lowest in delinquency rates.
