One way to provide both customer service and generate marketing is to collect reviews on popular websites. When you receive a great review, be sure to let others know about this satisfied customer via your websites and social media.

It’s also recommended to answer your reviews — even the negative ones. You can let people know what you’re going to continue to work on, as well as what might need improvement and stress your willingness to make things right.
