Reducing bias in AI customer service

Although it may not seem on the surface like an issue, there is a concern that using AI more for customer encounters can lead to some of the same societal biases that staff may have. According to CMSwire, developers are working now on improving the collecting and labeling of customer data, so that the most trusted and representative datasets can be used for AI algorithms and can prevent biases.
