It’s OK to say ‘no’ to a customer

While it may not seem to be the right thing to do, it’s fine to say ‘no’ to a customer if they want something that isn’t in line with your policies, especially as it relates to debt collection. According to Canadian Business magazine, one way to make this go smoothly is to also offer an alternative solution if you can. That intention to bring great quality and service to the customer will show.
