A follow-through tip for great customer service

It may seem like too simple of a gesture, but it’s a great idea that the BDC website recently touted. When you have a sale, consider sending either a thank-you via email or with the delivery of the product or service itself. Including contact info with the note is also a plus, so they may ask questions or express concerns as needed.
