Don’t rely on just one way to contact customers

When it comes to exhausting all means to contact customers with outstanding debt, it’s good to have a plan already devised to reach them. If phone contact isn’t getting results, using letters and email need to be a part of the overall plan. It’s also a good idea to see what types of communication work best for your customers overall, to better strategically plot out what happens when debts need to be collected.
