Is CARES a good acronym for your business?

Sometimes it’s easy to remember an acronym to help strengthen your customer service. There are plenty of them around, but one we saw recently that really resonated with us was “CARES.” It was featured in an article on the Business 2 Community website, and it stands for Communication, Accountability, Responsiveness, Empathy and Solutions.

That sounds like a great template for making every customer interaction at its best.
