Proof that customer service is valued and important

No matter what some might say, making sure that the customer-service facet of a business is handled in a compassionate as well as convenient way is essential to success. A recent study of Canadian consumers conducted by Medallia showed that 41% believe a bad customer experience will lead to them choosing another brand, while 23% strongly agreed that they received consistent service. This gap in service needs to be addressed by companies that want to keep a loyal customer base.
