We were reading a story in Forbes about how you can strengthen your customer service experience, and one interesting idea stood out to us. As they described it, you should consider “interviewing your biggest fans.”

The idea isn’t just to make yourself feel great about what’s working. It’s really to use that feedback to ensure the experience is consistent for everyone. Understanding the positives — and then trying to replicate them — can lead to some key wins for your business.
