Get that email or text number from millennial customers

Beyond just the regular generation gap, there’s a technological gap between millennials and boomers. The research firm Finextra notes that with the cellphone as the preferred method of communication, it’s best to send texts or emails as forms of outreach. Either can be used for reminders or to send relevant promotions. If they allow you to reach them on social media, too, then that’s all the better!
