Encourage timely payments for less credit risk

There are ways to encourage your customers to pay regularly and on time, even in the earliest stages of your relationship. According to the financial website The Balance, it’s recommended that consumers make timely payments, in order to create and maintain better credit scores in general. To that end, encouraging timely payments with compassionate but consistent reminders from the outset, including the use of interactive voice messages, can go a long way.
