Think of yourself as a silo-smoother with customers

Sometimes it takes a little shift in perspective to provide a better customer experience. The online community CustomerThink recently gave out a great tip: Think of your customer-facing employees as “silo-smoothers.” That calls for putting in some work on the front end to make sure everyone knows the goal when it comes to providing better customer service. With this holistic view in mind, getting things done for your customers can be much easier and, well, smoother!
