Some financial experts say that there is no such thing as “good” debt as opposed to “bad” debt. The reality is a lot more complex, with not all types of debt being created equally. Mortgage debt is generally seen as positive, but only if it is within your budget. Borrowing more than you can repay is when debt truly becomes a problem. CNBC breaks it down here:
